By accessing or using VoidCalls (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

By using VoidCalls, you confirm that:

• you have read these Terms;
• you understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology;
• you accept full responsibility for your use of the Platform.

VoidCalls is a non-custodial AI-powered analytics and signal discovery platform focused on cryptocurrency and blockchain markets.

The Platform may provide:

• AI-generated market analytics
• memecoin discovery tools
• wallet activity tracking
• trend detection systems
• blockchain intelligence tools
• affiliate and promotional systems
• market sentiment indicators

VoidCalls is a software platform only. ExcaliburHQ B.V. does NOT:

• custody user funds;
• operate a cryptocurrency exchange;
• act as a broker or financial intermediary;
• provide investment advice;
• provide tax or legal advice;
• guarantee profits or financial outcomes.

All blockchain transactions are executed directly through third-party wallet infrastructure.

You may only use the Platform if:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• you are not restricted from using blockchain-related services under applicable law;
• you are not accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

By using VoidCalls, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

VoidCalls may not be used by persons or entities:

• located in;
• incorporated in;
• ordinarily resident in;
• or acting on behalf of persons located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions.

This includes, but is not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Russia (where restricted under EU sanctions).

The Company may block or restrict access where sanctions exposure or compliance risks are identified.

The Platform may use:

• IP-based detection systems;
• wallet interaction analysis;
• VPN/proxy detection;
• fraud prevention systems;
• technical fingerprinting.

Users may not use VPNs or anonymization tools to bypass restrictions, misrepresent their jurisdiction, or access the Platform on behalf of restricted persons.

Violation may result in suspension of access, permanent bans, payment restrictions, affiliate removal, or reporting to competent authorities where legally required.

Certain Platform features may require payment in cryptocurrency, including but not limited to SOL. Payments may include subscriptions, premium access, affiliate-related payouts, and promotional discounts.

All blockchain transactions are irreversible, final, and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VAT treatment is determined automatically based on geographic and payment-related detection systems:

• Users located within the European Union may be charged VAT where applicable.
• Business customers outside the Netherlands may be subject to reverse-charge VAT mechanisms where applicable.
• Users outside the European Union are generally charged 0% VAT.

VAT calculations are finalized at the moment of blockchain confirmation.

VoidCalls may offer affiliate and referral systems including referral commissions, promocodes, discount systems, creator payouts, and tiered commission structures.

The Company reserves the right to modify affiliate percentages, suspend affiliate access, reverse fraudulent payouts, or terminate abusive accounts.

Fraudulent behavior includes self-referrals, fake traffic, automated abuse, payment manipulation, and deceptive advertising.

You may not use VoidCalls to:

• engage in unlawful activity;
• evade sanctions;
• facilitate money laundering;
• manipulate markets unlawfully;
• distribute malicious software;
• exploit vulnerabilities;
• promote fraudulent projects;
• harass or threaten others;
• violate applicable laws or regulations.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies involve significant risks, including extreme market volatility, token failures, rug pulls, liquidity collapse, smart contract vulnerabilities, irreversible transactions, regulatory changes, loss of private keys, API failures, and blockchain downtime.

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the Platform.

VoidCalls operates on a fully non-custodial basis. ExcaliburHQ B.V. does not hold private keys, control user wallets, store digital assets, process fiat payments directly, or reverse blockchain transactions.

Users remain solely responsible for wallet security, private key management, transaction verification, and blockchain interactions.

VoidCalls provides AI-generated analytics and market intelligence for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The Platform does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, successful trades, future performance, or financial returns. Any scores, signals, rankings, or analytics generated by the Platform should not be interpreted as financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoidCalls and ExcaliburHQ B.V. shall not be liable for trading losses, loss of funds, token failures, rug pulls, blockchain outages, smart contract bugs, delayed or inaccurate analytics, third-party wallet failures, API downtime, market volatility, or user error.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Platform during the preceding 12 months.

The Company may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is suspected, sanctions exposure exists, geographic restrictions are bypassed, or as required by law or regulators. Termination does not affect blockchain assets controlled directly by users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExcaliburHQ B.V. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your blockchain activity, violations of applicable law, violations of these Terms, affiliate or promotional activities, or tokens or projects you promote.

The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
