VoidCalls uses IP-based systems, fraud prevention technologies, VPN/proxy detection, wallet interaction analysis, and technical fingerprinting.
We process this information to determine VAT treatment, enforce sanctions restrictions, and prevent abuse and circumvention. Users may not bypass or manipulate geographic detection systems. Attempts to circumvent restrictions may result in restricted access or suspension.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting and tax obligations, affiliate system management, and operational purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on legal requirements, technical necessity, and security considerations.
